Not sure what is going on at this location. It was my “go to” for vehicle maintenance. My last two visits were less than satisfactory. Both times I had an appointment, the first was for an oil change. I showed up prior to my appointment time and was told I would have to reschedule because they didn’t have an oil change mechanic on hand.
The second was for a tire rotation, Prior to going I marked my tires to ensure they would be moved. Lo and behold, they were not. I guess their idea of a tire rotation is moving my. Vehicle to another parking spot.
Have to question what other maintenance is being charged for but not completed?!
Will be looking for a new mechanic.

Friendly staff and great service. I was here for brake replacements and the work was complete in 2 hours.

I am a repeat customer; been here before for a battery replacement and alternator replacement. Always good service.

We just got back from Pepboys. Our last oil change was done by Pep-boys and they hadn't closed the gasket properly and the oil leaked everywhere. I took it in this morning at 10:30, the guys at the front said I probably hit something while driving, and I said I didn't recall hitting anything, and he said "Well, it's been 3 months since our oil change thus low level reading." and I said it indeed had been 2.5months but the issue is oil leakage.. He said mechanic's not gonna be there until 12 and I left. We didn't hear back until my husband was done with work at about 4:30 and left a message. We didn't hear back at 5, so I called this time, he picked up and said he thinks someone had worked on it but he will have to find out. At about 6, we still didn't hear anything, so we just drove and went. When he sees me, he hands me my key and says it's all good. I don't know what it means by it's all good so I asked him what had been wrong even though I had an idea I wanted to confirm. So he told me what I thought it was and he proceeds to say they filled the oil. Despite all the inconvenience and frustration, we left the store saying thank-you. We come home and my husband checked the oil level, it is still low. We called and asked about it, he says they put a quarter and that's why it's close to low .
Today's experience was not good at pep-boys. We used to go to pep-boys more years ago when there were good managers. We only went late May because we got tires this time and why not get oil change while we're there. Sadly I don't think I can trust pep-boys anymore.

My son's car needed new tires and I bought them online at Pepboy's and got them installed the next day. I had to wait a couple of hours at the shop but the reps were nice and polite. Overall a great experience from cost to service.

Aaron is about as helpful as a bucket with a hole in it. Couldn’t be bothered to communicate at any point. Was on the phone with his son when I walked in and didn’t even take it off of speaker, with his vape in hand told me they would have to look my vehicle over before he could give me any price. I said okay, he said it would be about a hour. After 2 I called them and he answered to then ask me what I had said was wrong with it. I decided I would just go pick it up and he then told me “Goodluck, you don’t know what’s wrong with it” so I said well talk to me and tell me what’s up? He proceeded to say he wouldn’t be telling me anything until I paid him at which point I just went ahead and left. Wasted a total of about 4 hours of my day waiting on an appointment and them to “look it over” to find out nothing and offered 0 solutions. Customer service is a joke to him apparently.

While they were able to put 2 tires on our vehicle, after waiting an hour for someone to arrive to simply put on tires, unfortunately the man working the front of the business tried to charge me extra for things I didn't need, without even asking.

It was only after I asked why it was so expensive (2 used tires for the same price as 4 new ones back in my hometown) that I was able to get my price down to a still-too-expensive price, but more than $150 less than originally quoted.

Additionally, Pep Boys needs to train employees not to vape in front of customers while on the job. Extremely unprofessional.

I’d give zero stars if I could.. just don’t go to this Pep Boys location to avoid wasting your gas and time. You’ll end up going somewhere else anyway because I’ve attempted to get service on 3 separate occasions and I was turned away because “they’re short techs”.

They’re never staffed enough to do a simple oil change. I just was turned away today along with another couple that was turned away as well.

Pep Boys overall is great, however this specific location doesn’t have enough people working to help you so don’t waste your time.

This business by far has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I came the morning of August 9th and one man was left alone waiting for his service guy. He was freaking out and being rude to every person walking in. As the service guy finally came in he didn’t even ask what I needed. Just went on to conclusions of I needed to do a $200 a/c recharge and told me I had to wait 8 hours even though I had a 9:30 appointment and was somehow the 8th person in line. I told him I had a coupon for the A/C evaluation and straight up told me he’s never heard or seen it. I showed it to him and he immediately denied me. THIS COUPON WAS ON THE WEBSITE!!!!!!! If you are understaffed, don’t take blame the customer. I will never return to a this establishment again. Learn how to treat customers!!!!! Very disappointed I couldn’t service my vehicle. What’s the point of making an appointment?
