Rettenetesen frusztráló, amikor feleslegesen várakoztatják az embert azzal, hogy nem kommunikálják a kasszasorban várakozó, pultra már kipakolt vevők felé, hogy van-e értelme várni az éppen meghibásodott pénztárgépre (vagy hogy egyáltalán miért várunk már 10 perce), vagy inkább vissza kéne pakolni és átállni masik sorba, mert még úgyis gyorsabban végeznénk, hogy 5en beállnak előttünk mire odaérünk. Semmin nem múlna csak némi odafigyelésen meg kedvességen...ügyfélközpontúságból egyes ez az Aldi, hiába szeretjük a céget.

A koleganő kommunikàciója ma kritikàn aluli volt! Ha màr àrulnak viràgot akkor oldjàk meg, hogy a vevőtérből is vissza lehessen menni, ne a vàsàrlóval kötekedjen lekezelő modorban. Ha nem megy, akkor menjen olyan helyre dolgozni, ahol nincsenek emberek!

Mindig friss áruk,nyáron a non food termékek a külső sátorban találhatók,így bent az épületben gyorsan végzünk a bevásárlással.Parkolás tökéletes.
